It offers advice on supporting LGBTQ+ colleagues and discusses allyship. We recommend starting with this webinar. Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is an annual observance that commemorates transgender individuals who lost their lives to anti-transgender violence. Our community consists of LGBT+ MBAs and professionals from diverse backgrounds, including sexual orientations, gender identities, races, and ethnicities. Our strength lies in the unique perspective stemming from the intersectionality of our identities within underrepresented groups.
