Speakers should arrive in their session rooms 10 minutes before the session begins. Authors must load their presentations into the assigned computer 15 minutes prior to the session. If authors want to use their personal computer, they should test it with the session chair beforehand. If there are video clips in the presentation slides, they should be tested before the session. The theater provides immediate feedback on the learner's performance. Our approach allows for the creation of a learning environment that incorporates these theories and enables real-time testing and evaluation of feedback. By offering textbook content in a digital format, learners can fully engage in the learning process and view it as a service and responsibility.

The Technical Committee on Laboratory Stress-Strain-Strength Testing of Geomaterials invites submissions for IS-PORTO 2023, focusing on small-strain stiffness parameters and their implications in geotechnical design. Practical engineering applications will be demonstrated through collaborative studies on laboratory and field testing, sampling, theoretical and numerical analysis, project engineering and full-scale observation.
