Papers unrelated to the specified sub-themes can still be presented at the symposium if they discuss any aspect of substance use in Nigeria and other African countries. The symposium will include research presentations, keynote addresses, workshops, and discussion panels on professional practice and policy. The national symposium will be held at Watbridge Hotels and Suites in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
