November 2012 will be the fifth time this dedicated biennial event will be held. WWEM has evolved into a very successful event since its inception back in June 2005. The event has firmly established itself as the number one event for Water/Wastewater and Environmental Monitoring professionals to attend. In 2010 a dedicated Gas Detection zone of companies who provide fixed and portable gas detectors and calibration gases was introduced those topics will be expanded to include hazardous areas for the 2012 event. WWEM is supported by the Environment Agency and the leading Trade Associations, therefore visitors can be confident that they will be attending an event of the highest calibre covering topics related directly to their field of work. WWEM is more than just an exhibition: it is a learning experience. Visitors have the opportunity to participate in, and attend, over 70 walk-in walk-out workshops on case studies, problem solving, new technologies and new applications. They will also gain a wealth of information on modern regulation, MCERTS schemes for water and soil monitoring and are able to network freely around the show. WWEM is supported by the major product and service providers in the Water, Wastewater and Environmental Monitoring sectors and therefore every stand, every workshop and every conference session will be of interest to every visitor who attends the event. Placed in the heart of the UK, WWEM is easy to get to via road, rail or air. There are plenty of local hotels either on site or within easy reach. WWEM removes the hassle and costs from the visiting experience, all pre-registered visitors gain free entry to the exhibition and workshops, they receive free lunches and refreshments and enjoy free on-site parking.
