This annual event is ideal for discovering a wide variety of wines, champagne and spirits, and it's a great opportunity to stock up the cellar. There are over 600 exhibitors from all over 75. This fair is dedicated to independent winegrowers, who look after their products from start to finish, vine to table. You will be given a glass on arrival, and further tasting is free and recommended (in moderation!). Wine tasting sessions for beginners are held three times a day.

Created in 1997, the CFIA has become the professional trade show reuniting services, equipment and supplies for the food industry.  Divided into three main sectors; “Equipment & Processing”, “Food Packaging solutions” and “Additives & ingredients” to facilitate visitor orientation. Well implanted in the west, the CFIA proposes its equivalent in Metz in order to reply to manufacturers needs.  The innovation awards and conferences complete the information device available on technological developments, and a market which must accompany consummation trends.
