This is a free program at SHSU's Huntsville campus, funded by the NSA. It offers 60 hours of speaking classes and 30 hours of cultural immersion activities for grades 9-16. Participants can also earn free college credits. Activities include percussion music, Dabka dancing, cooking, costumes, games, conversation with native speakers, calligraphy art, henna body art, and a field trip.

Take this chance to witness it yourself. Rowe skillfully examines the essence of a clown, captivating audiences with a glimpse behind the scenes. She challenges dancers with tricky partnering and incorporating voice techniques. The haunting score by Par Hägström, along with Kingsbury's costumes, effortlessly immerses us in Rowe's dark clown universe.

Buy a dance punch card for flexible attendance. Open to ages 18+. Beginner moves and techniques taught from 4-5 pm. From 5-7 pm, dance freely with Valerie's guidance, working with various partners and learning an intermediate-level figure.
